Because there is no neutral and transparent system to hold rent money, conflicts frequently arise over unfinished repairs, poor housing conditions, unpaid rent, or damaged property.

A blockchain-powered solution designed to bring fairness, transparency, and trust to rental agreements worldwide.

Cardano Integration

Cardano is used as the main technology that makes our rent payment escrow system trustworthy and secure. In our prototype, rent is sent to a Cardano smart contract instead of directly to the landlord, where the money is safely locked until both the tenant and landlord confirm that the agreed conditions are met. Cardano records all payments and approvals on the blockchain, creating clear and tamper-proof proof that reduces conflicts and misunderstandings. Its low fees, energy-efficient design, and global access make it practical and affordable, especially for use in African communities and beyond.
